• Prepare short-term and long-range membership development plans.
  • Conduct marketing surveys to identify member needs and services.
  • Design and publish professional membership brochures to attract new members.
  • Produce professional membership packets to ensure retention.
  • Receive and process all membership applications.
  • Implement member services to develop and retain membership, provide a cost savings to the members, and/or generate revenue for the association.
  • Develop membership reports for the Board and membership committee.
